I am over 50 and for a long time I was trying to avoid having any thing to do with those scary computers. But of course eventually I had to change with the times. As a New Zealand based food writer and presenter my .com website is the main point of contact for international fans, as well as generating book sales through the store.
While I am at the extreme end of the "un technical" spectrum I have always found MRM easy and friendly for to deal with. They respond quickly to all my queries however simplistic or inane and they endeavour to use language that I can understand. MRM have actively sought solutions that are suited to my specific requirements and haven't charged me an arm and a leg.
